Holy Hula Hoops!

This is so excellent.
I found this video where someone put a video camera on a hula hoop. My mind was blown. Except that the video was missing something important. Equally crazy music to go with this crazy video. So for your enjoyment, mute the hula hoop vid, then play the second music video and the hula hoop video at the same time so you can get the music with the nifty hula hoop action. Enjoy!

Greatest hits from my high school dream journal

I posted this on Facebook a couple years ago. I figured I stick this on here since nobody really uses the Facebook notes function anymore. So here it is:

I was cleaning my room yesterday and I happened upon my dream journal that Matt got me into doing back when I was in high school. I was laughing so hard when I read the things that I put in there. I figured it would be fun to put this up so that other people could enjoy this as well. Also you'll come to realize that I'm just straight up weird. A lot of these were written right when I first woke up and or in the middle of the night. A lot are also illegible...

" 'Now how will I do it again?' That's what the presidents ghost asks every time he wins a medal"

"...the guy was boasting to someone else on the rock that the girl was the smartest girl in the world, but I knew she wasn't..."

" ...we had to put together our own dynamite to blow up the hill. Then all the war veterans came home in planes... except for that one... he came home on a motorcycle"

Well that's some of the funniest ones. I should start doing this dream journal thing again.

The Friday Brain-freeze

So here I am, at work, and my brain says, "Hey! We are so done for the week!" I can no longer focus on anything, especially flash stuff. I'm way surprised that my brain is even allowing me to type anything right now. I might try again after I've posted this. If I can't get anything to happen, I'm gonna just go home. There's no point in me sitting here starting at my screen. Besides I don't feel like I should get paid for these brain cramps.
Ah Friday, I'm glad you're here. No creative thinking. Yay!

I hope my weekend is as joyful as this video is. :D

One reason why Rox and I are awesome

So the other night, for whatever reason we decided to watch a Bollywood on Netflix. It was silly and what-not just as we suspected. But then this musical number comes on and suddenly we are totally diggin it.
Halfway through Rox stood up and started trying to do the dance. We finished the movie. It was cheesy and funny. But then I said, "I bet you want to rewind back to that one song again" Rox said, "You know I do". So we went back to that song and Rox started trying to do the dance again. I figured, why not join?

Picture this: It's almost 1 in the morning, Rox and I are in our pajamas and full on dancing to this song.

Yeah, we're awesome.

I'm back to da bloggin world

Wow

I never thought that I would be giving this another go... but here I am!

I actually got the idea from my friend Phil. He has a blog where he posts stuff that he finds on the internet and whatnot while he's at work.

So I thought, hey why not start doing that too. There are plenty of times when my brain no longer wants to focus on html or whatever it is that I'm doing at the moment and I thought maybe I'd give it another try. who knows, I may totally get into this whole blogging thing again and years down the road my blogs will help to achieve world peace or something. *crosses fingers*

No, I'm not at work anymore while I'm writing this. I convinced myself on the way home that I would start doing this. Anyway, here it is!!!!
